With a strong background in management and business operations, Kimberly has successfully overseen the launch of new offices, the expansion of product lines, and the building of lasting client relationships. Her expertise covers auto insurance, SR-22 filings, notary and title bonds, and both commercial and personal insurance solutions.

Since taking on the role of President in 2020, Kimberly has driven All N One Insurance forward in a highly competitive market. She continues to work directly with clients as a licensed insurance producer, ensuring that the company’s commitment to integrity, service, and client care is at the heart of every interaction.

Beyond her professional work, Kimberly is dedicated to giving back to the community. She is actively involved with AMVETS, the Shriners, and the Humane Society, supporting causes that improve the lives of veterans, children, families, and animals.

In her free time, Kimberly enjoys bowling, playing chess, listening to talk radio, watching documentaries, and raising chickens. These passions reflect her down-to-earth personality and love of both learning and simple joys.

Her forward-thinking leadership, combined with her compassion and community service, make her a respected and trusted figure among peers, clients, and neighbors alike.

Over the years, Andrew has held leadership positions including Claims Investigator, Agency Relationship Manager, Vice President, CFO, and President of an insurance carrier. His work has included managing claims investigations, developing new markets and programs, building strong client relationships, and leading teams with a focus on service and growth. He has served in executive roles with Financial Casualty & Surety Inc. and Lexon Surety Group, and today is CFO of All N One Insurance, where he also works directly with clients as a licensed producer.

Andrew has also learned how to bundle different types of insurance coverage to help individuals, families, and businesses save money while ensuring they are fully protected. His practical approach makes insurance easier to understand and more accessible to his clients.

Beyond his professional career, Andrew is deeply involved in his community. He volunteers at several recovery homes, supports outreach animal projects, and works with homeless assistance programs. These efforts reflect his belief that service, compassion, and trust are just as important in life as they are in business.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time outdoors and on the water. He loves fishing, swimming, water skiing, and off-roading, embracing adventure and balance in his personal life.

With more than three decades of experience in insurance operations, client advocacy, and executive leadership, Andrew is committed to guiding clients toward the right coverage with honesty and care. His dedication to both clients and community underscores his reputation as a trusted leader in the insurance industry.

Eric first earned his certification as a Master Barber from World Class Barber College in Nashville, TN, and went on to open Super-Duper Cuts and Styles, one of the largest barbershops in Jackson at the time. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to expand further, opening a convenience store, Another Super-Duper Spot, and later Blackberry Barbershop in 2005. During this time, he also obtained his HVAC license from Tennessee Technology in Jackson, TN.

After years of successfully running his own businesses, Eric decided to pursue a new path in the bonding and insurance industry. He learned the business from the ground up and quickly established himself as one of the top-producing agents at All N One Insurance, where he continues to serve clients with dedication, professionalism, and a personal touch.

Outside of work, Eric is known as a grill master and world-class cook, and he enjoys sharing his passion for food with family, friends, and the community. He has a deep love for seniors and is passionate about connecting them with young people, fostering respect, learning, and mentorship across generations. A true sports nut, Eric follows his favorite teams closely and enjoys the camaraderie of the game. He also loves the blues, a music tradition that reflects his roots and passion for culture.
